The Road to Nowhere” Officially Selected for the Polish Film Festival Los Angeles & Nominated for the Hollywood Eagle Award
Green Mountain Pictures is proud to announce that The Road to Nowhere, directed by Amadeusz Kocan, has been officially selected for the program of the Polish Film Festival Los Angeles and nominated for the Hollywood Eagle Award™ for Best Feature Film.
Founded in 1999, the Polish Film Festival Los Angeles has become one of the most respected events promoting Polish cinema abroad. Each year, it gathers both established and emerging talents from Poland and Hollywood. Over the years, the Festival has hosted acclaimed artists such as Maciej Stuhr, Andrzej Seweryn, Janusz Kamiński, Tomasz Kot, Małgorzata Kożuchowska, Agata Kulesza, and Borys Szyc, as well as international stars including Tom Hanks, Ed Harris, and Jon Voight.
The Festival’s program traditionally features a curated selection of the best Polish films, from ambitious debut projects to internationally awarded productions. Previous winners of the Hollywood Eagle Award include Ida by Paweł Pawlikowski, Miasto 44 by Jan Komasa, and Wołyń by Wojciech Smarzowski, all of which went on to achieve critical acclaim worldwide.
On November 19, director Amadeusz Kocan, producer Bartosz Wabno, and actor Paweł Kaszkowiak will travel to Los Angeles to personally present The Road to Nowhere to an international audience.
