The Road to Nowhere – World Premiere at Snowdance Film Festival
We’re thrilled to announce that The Road to Nowhere had its world premiere at the Snowdance Independent Film Festival in Germany! This milestone marks the official beginning of the film’s journey across the international festival circuit.
Directed by Amadeusz Kocan, The Road to Nowhere is a post-apocalyptic story of revenge, survival, and the remnants of humanity in a broken world. After months of hard work, long days on set, and the dedication of a passionate team, it was incredibly rewarding to see the film come to life on the big screen for the very first time.
The screening was met with an engaged and attentive audience—despite the late hour, the room was filled with focused silence, followed by thoughtful reactions and conversations. We also had the pleasure of watching a variety of powerful, inspiring films by fellow independent filmmakers, and took part in meaningful discussions about cinema, storytelling, and creative process.
As a team from Zielona Góra, Poland, we brought a little piece of home with us: the city’s flag, which accompanied us throughout the festival—a small but heartfelt gesture to show where we come from and who we represent.
We’d like to extend our deepest thanks to the Snowdance team for hosting such a fantastic event, and to everyone who made this film possible—our phenomenal cast, tireless crew, and the many supporters who believed in the project from day one.
